Use normal steel with 6 sides
It has a diameter of 30mm ( smallest sides )

Makes it round 16mm  and 35mm long

Chamfer the edge

And cut it off

Place the Y ax on your X support and clamp your product.

Place a milling cutter in your chuck

makes the front in an angle

make a slot in the same angle.

The width is 0.03mm bigger than the flycutter toolbit.

Now you are ready on the lathe.

Make the surface blue with a feltpen and make a marker line.

Make 2 centers with a distance of 10 mm and drills the screw holes.

Now it’s ready.

It’s time to use.
